Lantek´s newest suite of software solutions, including the Lantek Integra ERP platform, addresses these needs. Designed for industrial businesses, the platform includes tools like Lantek Integra Quotes, which gives estimators instant access to data about processes, machinery, and customer details.

Unlike other systems, Lantek Integra doesn´t require expertise in design or nesting and allows for the quick creation of cost estimates. The software calculates costs for materials, processes, and downstream activities, such as bending, welding, and assembly, all while considering factors like geometry, material, and thickness.

“Many job shops rely on complicated Excel templates for estimating time and costs,” Santamaria said. “ Lantek Quote simplifies this using custom formulas to automate the process.”

Efficiency Through Integration

Once a quote is approved, Lantek´s software automatically converts it into a project order and distributes the information to manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams. Santamaria explained that this eliminates manual data reentry and significantly reduces time spent on repetitive tasks. “It frees employees to focus on more critical functions.”

Lantek´s software is especially beneficial in the cutting phase of sheet metal processing, where the Lantek CAD/CAM nesting software is fully integrated with Lantek Integra. The system automates nesting, optimizing material usage, and reducing waste.

“With automated nesting, operators save on material costs and reduce scrap,” Santamaria said. The software also considers machine configuration settings when programming cutting jobs.

Customer Relationship Management

Once a project is completed, all relevant data is passed to Lantek´s CRM module. This tool tracks customer activities, such as orders, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring traceability. “If a part has a quality issue, we can track everything from the machine used to the supplier of the material,” Santamaria said.

The CRM system also provides visualization tools for customer and sales data, including credit risk analysis. A complete record of all quotes is stored, allowing for quick modifications and future reference. Additionally, the software is compatible with financial systems like QuickBooks.

“If a customer needs third-party integration, our team can assist with the data import and export,” said Santamaria.

Lantek´s software suite is designed to support both single-location and multinational companies. While the core functionalities remain consistent, the system can be customized to reflect local languages, units of measurement, currencies, and regulatory requirements.

“Our software gives each location the flexibility to meet its specific needs while allowing company leadership to manage global operations effectively,” Santamaria said.

Lantek Analytics, integrated into the suite, offers customers real-time access to their operational data. “Our analytics tools help leadership track performance across machines, production lines, or entire facilities,” Santamaria said. The software can also provide insights from customers or sales channels, helping businesses make data-driven decisions.

Lantek´s commitment to customer support extends from project initiation through training and implementation. “We hold kickoff meetings to ensure everything is clear from the beginning,” Santamaria said, noting that implementation can be completed online or in person, depending on the customer´s needs.
