すでにお察しのとおり、これらの補助機能により、パーツを 1つ1つネスティングする方法を考える必要がなくなるため、時間の節約になります。時間はお金であると考えるならば、これは本当に貴重なものです。

保存したネスティングを使用

まずこちらから始めます。作業中のパーツを選択してネスティングに移動したら、まず最初に、保存済みのネスティングの中に使えそうなものがあるかどうかを確認します。最初の「サブジョブ」メニューで、「ネスティングされた保存のインポート」オプションをクリックします。同じパーツを含む以前のネスティングがある場合は、実質的には作業はすでに完了しているようなものです。あとはインポートして、そのネスティングから作成するシートの数を選択し、ネスティングと機械加工のどちらを優先するかを定義するだけです。

自動ヘルプ

以前のネスティングをインポートできない場合は、最初から作成する必要があります。

Lantek メニューの「スタート」メニューにはいくつかのオプションがあります。

● すべて試してください。さまざまなマシン、加工仕様、フォーマット（使用可能な残りを含む）、板厚など、すべてのサブジョブの構成で計画されている場合、ネスティングと機械加工も自動的に作成されます。

● アクティブ サブジョブの作成: 選択したアクティブ サブジョブ (同じマシン、材料、板厚) のネスティングを、そのサブジョブのすべてのパーツがネスティングされるまで、在庫にあるすべての必要なシートとともに自動的に作成します。
