먼저 이해하셔야 할 것은 자동 및 반자동 배열은 가장 효율적인 방식으로 단품들을 배열해주는 가상 보조 기능이라는 것입니다. 이론적으로는 좋아 보이지만, 실제 효과적으로 작동하려면 판단력을 가지고 제약 조건을 적용하여 프로그램이 제시하는 제안이 가능한 정확하도록 해야 합니다.
이미 짐작하신 대로, 한 단품씩 어떻게 배열할지 고민할 필요가 없기 때문에 이러한 보조 기능을 사용하면 시간을 절약할 수 있습니다.

저장된 배열 사용하기.
우리가 처음 가볼 곳은 여기입니다. 작업 중인 단품들을 선택하고 배열 환경으로 이동하면, 가장 먼저 확인하는 것은 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 저장된 배열이 있는 지부터 확인하는 것입니다. 첫번째 “편집” 메뉴에서, “저장된 배열 받아오기” 옵션을 클릭합니다. 동일한 단품을 포함한 이전에 배열한 것이 있다면, 작업이 이미 거의 완료된 것입니다. 해당 배열로 작업할 것이라면 배열 수를 선택하고, 배열을 우선시할지 아니면 머시닝을 우선시할지 정하면 됩니다.
자동 지원.
이전 배열을 불러올 수 없는 경우, 처음부터 새로운 배열을 생성해야 합니다.
Lantek의 시작 메뉴에는 여러 옵션이 있습니다.
● 모든 것을 수행합니다(Do All). 모든 하위 작업의 구성에 가공이 계획되어 있는 경우, 자동으로 배열을 생성하고 머시닝을 진행합니다. 이것에는 서로 다른 기계, 재질, 형식(사용 가능한 잔재 포함) 및 두께가 포함됩니다.
● 활성 하위 작업 생성: 선택한 하위 작업에 대해(동일한 기계, 재질 및 두께) 자동으로 배열을 생성하며, 해당 하위 작업의 모든 단품이 배열될 때까지 재고에 있는 필요한 자재를 모두 사용합니다.
